Micro-chopped Celery Salad (a.k.a. Celery Smoothie)

I have developed this recipe and made it into an essential part of my detox and/or weight loss program.  If you use this recipe and make it the majority of what you eat on a daily basis, you should consistently lose 2 kilo a week.  Try as much as possible to source organic vegetables, it makes a difference.  The organic foods have more nutrients and we are more satisfied with eating less.

 Basic Recipe

1 head of celery with the leaves
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 medium size radish
sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil 0.5% acidity or less

 

Optional

lemon juice
onions
garlic
herbs of choice, such as basil, dill, etc.
spices, other than salt 

 

I use a food processor and micro-chop it all.  If it is too large a quantity for one day, you can refrigerate it and keep it for 2-3 days
